We had a fantastic time at Matanzas Inn! The pool was a highlight for our children and the views of the water from our room were breathtaking. The onsite restaurant was convenient and the location was perfect, close to the beach and other activities. we highly recommend this hotel for a great getaway.

QUIET!! Have stayed here with kids, who are now grown, during spring break time. Love the area and only block away from the beach. Stayed when renovations to pool and loved watching the boats come in on the causeway while swimming. Great atmosphere and doesn't feel like Hotel/Motel living.

The location of this beachfront property is fabulous, with easy access to Ft. Myers Beach Time square and Pier. The on-site restaurant is delicious, and the bar offers a great comedy show. The property is well-maintained with beautiful plants, adding to its charm. The one-bedroom deluxe villa is clean and spacious, with large TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The small deck off the bedroom offers a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the grounds and waterway.

Our stay at Matanzas Inn was exceptional. The value for our money was impressive, with comfortable and clean rooms that had plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and other restaurants. The staff treated us with utmost care and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The morning meal could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety.
